The IFMA Emerging Leader Taskforce is excited to unveil its mentorship program. It has been found that people who participate in a mentoring program are often more productive, better socialized and less stressed. In order to transfer Facilities Management knowledge on to the next generation, there has to be some type of program in place which members can take full advantage of. The goal of the mentorship program is to match up protégés and mentors based upon past life experiences, education or physical location.
