Join us to celebrate World FM Day and to help support hunger relief in Westchester County.
One out of every six children goes to sleep wondering if they will have enough to eat the next day and millions of families rely on their neighborhood food pantry or homeless shelter for basic food needs. Unfortunately, many of these organizations cannot keep up with the demand and their stockpile has dwindled. IFMA Westchester-Hudson Valley will support a local food bank via a canned/boxed food donation of 864 canned/boxed items.
Participate in an entertaining and competitive program by building a miniature “putt-putt” golf hole and ultimately donating the items utilized to build the hole.
Initiated in 2008 by Global FM, World FM Day aims to raise the profile of the FM profession anywhere FMs influence the health, safety, productivity and well-being of people who utilize the built environment.
World FM Day will be held this year on May 16, however, celebrations are encouraged throughout the entire week of May 14-18.
